A few snaps from the Kansas State Fair yesterday.
Below is the annual butter sculpture. And this year, it's what I imagine Quint from Jaws looks like when he's taking a dump. And shoeing a horse.

With the front we've had hanging around our area for the past few days, there have been some pretty dramatic sunrises and sunsets, but I just can't seem to make the time to head out and shoot them.

this is the house the manning boys grew up in, went to aconcert at the house of blues, bring me the horizon, a screaming kid band, that was crazy, some kid jumped on my head & broke my glasses, & we ate at the bubba gump shrimp place, it was pretty good.
