Drove up to to Kansas City today. Picked up some new additions for my arcade collection. They all need some minor repair and TLC, but they all work! The spoils include...
1) Double Dragon (all original)
2) Double Dragon II (all original)
3) The Simpsons Bowling (conversion cabinet)
4) Bride Of Pinbot pinball machine
5) 3x 19" monitors
Got a good deal on everything and looking forward to getting them all cleaned/fixed up and added to the collection. Just wanted to share!...

cool! I just heard on a podcast last night that the modern era started with the Addams Family movie machine, & ended with the Twilight Zone game, because it was too hard & that killed the casual players interest
... I live by 2 shopping malls, & my friends family owned the hugest arcade,
I basically grew up there haha
so, i have a love for pinball & games & pizza lol

Took the '65 Corvair on a 100 mile round trip to a club picnic....left the top up in the interest of keeping the wife's hair intact. Came home and rode our bicycles 45 miles.
very nice!! Er the car, not your wifes hair, er, no, her hair is nice too, I mean nice ride , no, not your wife, I meant the bike, Ahh Heck, nice car!!!

She's a 3rd-degree black belt and exercises in some form or fashion for two hours every day. Admittedly, she couldn't hold the rifle up with just her arm and had to rest it on her knee, but it's 20 lbs and being a former Marine myself, I couldn't hold it up offhand stabilized for very long either
Took this pic last year, I don't remember posting it on here, if I did, oh well, it's a re-post
Fiancee and I were on a short hike and I saw this leaf looking like it was hovering in mid-air:

About 2 years ago we were on our way from NH to her sister's place in Brattleboro VT for X-Mas dinner, when I saw the reflection in this lake and just had to stop:
