Some of these joggers are a pain. I drive to work on the Boston Marathon route from the start line for about 5 miles. It's a lot of downhill and there are people running in all sorts of weather. They're in the road and there are no sidewalks. If you're really that brain damaged and need to run in bad weather, buy a treadmill!
