When I was younger, my uncle and aunt owned some Chevron gas stations. In the late 90s she got a new Cherokee Limited with the 360 and AWD. It literally was averaging about 9 mpg on the display, she only drove it from the house to the station at work which was about 5 miles. I told her it was a damned good thing she owned a gas station, lol.
Don't you own half of Georgia?
So that was the Cherokee that would literally "pass anything but a gas station"

No, I just have a little piece of Dixie, a thousand acres in the mountains ain't what it used to be, you have to have 5k or more nowadays to be a baller like you guys.
It was, and I'd like to have that thing now, they only made the 5.9 Limited for a couple years. She got the damned breast cancer, went into remission after chemo and radiation , then the **** came back and spread to her spine, liver and brain. Took her away from us much too soon, I loved that woman, she helped make me who I am, taught me everything I know about business, put me through school, and gave me work which helped me buy new Mustangs often when I was young. Had me working and learning the business by the time I was 14, and teaching me how to save money and invest. Did the crapiest jobs you can imagine back then, cleaned toilets, washed cars, changed oil, etc. but it made me into a good man (at least I think it did).

I have ~1.2 acres: 1.0, 0.2,& 0.0 (condo). The 1 acre is on about a 30 degree slope with a flat spot about 1/3 of the way up for the house
