Good for you! You will feel so much better inside and out after a few weeks. It'll be tough at first, but your body will adjust quickly. I'm actually doing a keto diet right now. No carbs, except Friday night through Saturday at midnight.

Drag. I had seats on that side for Grace Slick and JA. Hated the view but enjoyed the show. Nothing like mushrooms drawn on paper.

Reminds me of this. Love the guitar work in the background. Nothing like well worn JBL's set to creamy and pushed to overdrive!

Thank you for the support I do feel better all ready! I normally go back to sleep at 5am when J leaves but I had energy and felt fine so I just stayed up

Absolutely! When I was a personal trainer it was always awesome to have a dedicated client who got results from hard work at the gym and at the kitchen. :thumbsup:

I did it for cholesterol reasons. But fat free usually has less calories too
