Look on the bright side....it keeps people from moving there and messing the place up....people still think we don't have indoor plumbing, are married to our sisters and it's completely flat here. Let 'em think it...

All of this snow, and not a single one of you have built a giant snow *****? That would have been the first thing on my agenda.

I'm officially in trouble now because of the avatar you use. The wife asked me if it was actually a picture of you, and I told her I didn't know, but that you were in Louisiana, so the odds were 50/50, to which she replied, "and you wonder why women overreact to men?!" I was going to point out that her reaction to your avatar was, technically, an overreaction, because she didn't even know if it was you...but I didn't want to sleep on the couch again tonight.

I slept in a lawn chair in the garage last night.

Any idea how hard that is to do?

Probably not as hard as it was to function normally the following day with what felt like a knife in your neck and lower back!

Well I'm not sure why I did it. I was up late piddling in the garage and decided to sit down for a bit around 3:00.

Next thing I know it's 8:00 and I was in a chair. Lol

I wasn't even drinking!

That's when you start wondering if your sanity has left the building.

I may be the most stubborn, stupid individual on the planet. Not five minutes after I POSTED that pointing out the reaction my wife had to RBB's avatar would get me in more hot water, I started thinking my way through it. Of course it's silly for her to have reacted the way she did; she doesn't even know the guy, it's not as though MY avatar (which is non-existent) looks that way, so why in the world would she behave that way? Stupid is as stupid does. I actually voiced those very same words, in a conversational tone, to her. She gets up from the couch, goes to the linen closet, hands me my woolen army blanket, grabs my pillows from off the bed and throws it all at me, and says, "hope you like sleeping on the couch." DAMMIT. Why??? Why, after 16 years of marriage do I not just keep my stupid mouth shut? I know it doesn't matter if I'm right or not, but I still argue it.

The funniest part is that I'm not in Louisiana, never lived there, never would.

I've slept in much worse places than a heated garage full of expensive and rare cars. Can't hide money.

That was your first mistake.

Sounds like a win win situation to me. Drink all night, sleep in the spare bedroom, fart, scratch, rub your junk, and don't have to share the covers or listen to anyone *****. I actually prefer that situation and do it often. We actually get along better because of it.
