I own some shares in a holding company called Leucadia... that bought in to finish the project... right before the hurricane swept through!

They came through ok by insurance, a banko, reconstruction (all of which they do well), and now its rolling. But got off to a rocky start for sure.

 

I remember being down there not too long before the hurricane went through, they were still in the process of building it. Very nice place, been there a couple of times.
