Around here it goes pretty much like this...
Geekers (meth heads)
Pillbillies (pain pill and xanax junkies)
and to a lesser extent rock stars (crack heads)
Although the number of pillbillies are starting to catch up with the geekers, the geekers are at epidemic levels.
