Nail salons are Vietnamese. I have a Vietnamese sis-in-law that is head of accounting at Dupont's LaPorte plant. She says when people first meet her most of them ask if she owns a nail salon.
And Steff is country, she grew up in Splendora, TX. They only serve opossum at the fancy restaurants in that town.

From a FD standpoint, I plead the 5th.
Honestly though, in a multiple victim scenario with one or two responders, our SOG is advance to nearest patient first, assess, move to next, assess, repeat. Once all is assessed, move to highest critically injured first and proceed down. Triage 101.
