It's Monday..... on a side not, I picked up breakfast stuff at the store today. Eggs, bacon, and blueberry pancake mix! Limited cooking facilities in my room and tiny fridge or I may have bought some real blueberries to put in them. Now I just need to get up in enough time to actually make some breakfast!

"Breakfast" will be somewhere around 4:00PM, work from 5:30PM to 5:30AM so plan is to wake up early enough to make some before I head into work. Too lazy to do it when I get back to the room.

I LOVE breakfast food, probably my favorite type of meal (gravy, biscuits, sausage, pork chops, grits, pancakes, bacon, you name it), but the problem is that I can't eat when I first wake up. I have to be up for several hours before I can even think about eating, so I usually end up fixing breakfast for supper pretty regularly.
