Nail polish remover will help to clean it up, but also starts to take off the paint from the inside of the dryer. Rubbing alcohol may be mild enough to take off just the ink. The ink will dry in there from the heat, though, and clothes will be just fine. It just looks like crap. The flip side of that is that the heat "cures" the ink on there and it won't easily come off.

Rubbing alchohol should help, and not affect the color of the fabric too much. Also spot-treat the ink spots with liquid laundry detergent and don't dry them in the dryer until they wash out. Mine washed out after several washes, I just wore the ink-stained clothes around the house for a while. I did get a bunch of hi-liter ink on my jeans a while back from a pen that someone left in the dryer, and that washed out after spot-treating the stains and another wash.
The little yellow Stain Devils ink stain liquid might help too. I've seen them at the grocery store.

Looks like it's based on a German Tiger tank, one of the toughest tanks of WW2. Best part of the movie Fury was the battle with a Tiger against a bunch of US M4 Shermans, IMO.
