Apparently he spent so many of his mom's laundry quarters on the plastichrome "dub" stick-ons and aluminum foil he used as lettering that he didn't have enough left to air up the tires. Check out the front right.

I don't think that's the worst of it. Judging by the dirt ring under the car and the old stain from what appears to be oil around the flat tire, I would say that car hasn't moved in weeks, possibly months.

It was in the middle of the 1 row of parking spaces for service at a Ford dealership, lol.
