We're just glad you got it fixed without a bunch of problems or expense.

I know exactly how you feel, I've had stuff like that that I was always able to do with no problem, even did it for other people, then bam! Can't figure it out.

Finally give up and ask for help and it instantly works, just like I thought I did it. Feel like an idiot, 😂
