Of course these real movie or celebrity cars are unaffordable for most everyone, but if there was ever a 1970 Challenger Vanishing Point survivor (there are none from the original 1971 movie) I would bid millions of dollars to own it. Of course it's just a dream, but yeah, I would.
All I can do now is enjoy some photos and die cast cars.
I want the Charger from Dirty Mary Crazy Larry myself! BUT...I'm so sick of the Eleanor tributes and even the original. I feel the ONLY thing that made the car look good was the wheels and paint job, I always hated the hood scoop and ground effects. When I had my '67 GTA in the shop I was ready to punch the next person who came in saying "Oh, you're building an Eleanor?" If you look under the paint of these cars, the amount of filler required to make the body smooth is ridiculous, adding all that fiberglass is a recipe for future disaster when they start cracking and separating. Now the original Shelby look, I dig but the Eleanor stuff needs to go away in my world...LOL
