Help with carb! 71 mach 1 2v

Me and my stepfather are workin on this car, we almost drove it today. But when we did the idle adjustment on the car in drive, any time you put it in park or neutral the car idles hecka high! What could be the cause of this?

Vacuum from Brake booster hose or the 3 way screw insert behind carb ( This has multi vacuum accessories

I dont think this one has a vacuum line from the brake booster because its manual brakes.

cup your hand over the carb lightly while it running. If the the idle picks up you may have a vacum leak
