I was bored out of my mind today, so I decided to recover my amp rack with the better carpet. I also noticed how hard my sub really hits. It completely split part of the rack. I had no idea. 
I also put some leftover dynamat on the back of the rack too. Hopefully that'll stiffen it up some more. 
I'll take pics of it in the trunk tomorrow. I didn't get it back in till after dark. 
Also painted the rear sway bar. Before and after.

So yesterday dad brought home the new car, today we had to go fill out all the paper work, and listen to the usual bs trying to get us to buy a warantee...not having it. It's a 2005 Explorer, Medium Wedgewood Blue Metallic, 4.0 V6, 4x4, Eddie Bauer Edition, dual climate contrrol, sunroof; probably the best car we've bought.

Well mom wanted a new car (I can post pics of the old POS if you guys really want, but you may have nightmares, lol). She liked the Edges, and thats what we were going to get her, until my dad stopped in a dealership where he was working at this week, saw it, and for 8k, we brought it home, not bad eh? My car is actually the burgundy jeep down on the end.
I absolutely love the color, it looks really similar to Vista Blue!

It was actually worse at one point, I'm glad to get rid of it. I'll get this one cleaned and polished up in a few weeks when it's not so blasted friggin hot outside, and take some better pictures
