I stick with alot of water (there's 2 gallons in the fridge at all times), but I'm bad for drinking powerades/gatorades when I golf, which can be frequently, when water would do instead.

 

Ya, it can be hard to find though.

yep, lots of sugar. I usually take a 32 oz with me to the course, on a warm day I'll drink it, and refill it at least twice with water.


When i work out, there's at least 4 fillups during the 1.5 hours working out, that's over a gallon...maybe I have a problem...but atleast I shouldnt have kidney stones!

 

Nothing wrong with keeping hydrated as long as you don't over do it. A few kids have died in Basic from over hydrating.

 

I used to drink water, sweet tea, juice and milk. I quit drinking tea when I quit drinking cokes (I do have a glass of tea occasionally) had to quit drinking juice after I had stomach problems (hurts me badly) and I still love milk, but can't drink much of it without getting cramps and the trots, so that pretty much leaves water. After I about a year of drinking it, its all I really crave now when I'm thirsty. I get a bottle soon as I get out of bed, and have one at hand all times during the day right up until bed.

 

We keep room temp gatorades like the 6oz bottles on our trucks. You work a house fire and get exhausted and dehydrated, you throw down 20oz of ice cold Gatorade you will lock up and prob be hurling in minutes.

Glad to know. My dad and brother drink that stuff in the summer at my brothers baseball games. I just see the color and that's enough to disgust me.
