Nope. No whiskey tonight. I made it home first. So I cleaned house and I was just about to make margaritas when she came home in a bad mood. So I'm just laying low trying not to get my head taken off.

Hey Gary no worries, I got you covered up here...... nothing like a mixture of codeine laced cough syrup, generic steroids, prescription sinus relievers and beer. I skipped the Crown and Coke and went for Bud Light.

I don't know..... it's just like the common cold but 10x worse for some reason. Started a week ago today, real bad sore throat, sinus pressure, ears popping, etc. Slight fevers come and go, cold sweats, cough, Kawasaki green mucas coming out of everywhere...... I don't know WTH it is. Doctor said if it doesn't start to break up before Mon or Tues to call her back.
Anyway, this cold medicine cocktail and the couch sure do feel good together.

Yeah that sucks man. I get a nasty sinus infection every spring and fall due to allergies to pollen and cedar. Usually it takes time. And antibiotics right away don't help, they just clear it up after it's already run its course.
I had a broken collar bone in high school from football once, and being the party dude I was and being that I had a bottle of liquid codeine in the house, I decided to go out drinking. Well I started with the codeine, then some benadryl to fight the allergies back then, and topped it off with a six pack of keystone or the beast or something cheap. Next thing I know I wake up passed out in the bathroom of a McDonalds about 20 minutes from where I live with fresh hamburger puke all over me. Evidently I thought eating would make it better!
