One of the top short vacation tourist areas in the southeast. Booming business. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/ Great Smoky Mountains TN. area. (within 1 mile of the main drag). Gated community, high end properties. 1200 Sq ft, 2 bd, 2 1/2 bath, laundry, hot tub, mountain views. Google the area while I get some pics uploaded.
First thing that comes to mind is Dollywood.
Second thing that comes to mind is rent it to me for a week.
Last thing that comes to mind is HOAs. Some of those fees on places like this can be ridiculous. Maintenance for the gate. The grounds. The common wall with other units. It's kind of like a co-op. There's hidden fees. Assesments for improvements, etc.

I'm sitting on top of a mountain, outside on the deck in a jacuzzi, watching fireworks. 
Earlier I had an 18oz. Ribeye that was so tender you could eat it with a fork and butter knife, with cajun grilled gulf shrimp and cheese grits, and glazed pecan encrusted sweet potatoes.

Finally got my new bed in. No more having to sleep on the old crappy one I've had since I was 1.5.
Sandy is totally freaked out cause my room is changed around. She keeps trying to figure out where everything went.

im not gone, just multitasking lol. and a bit distracted. my cousin stumbled over some old super8 film in their garage. turns out it was family home videos from before i was born. i just got to hear my grandfather's voice for the first time in my life 
as for whats new, not too much. at my parents this weekend since an old friend from middle/high school is having a bbq. filling out my fafsa tomorrow with mom too.
also, i saw a camaro on fire today. terrifyingly... at a gas station. needless to say i didn't pull in to fill up lol.
