They are a steering wheel where you can bring the whole wheel towards you when you sit down. it works kinda like tilt wheel.

Telescoping steering wheel moves in and out from the dash. Not just up and down like tilt. You can pull it closer to you in the seat or push it further away.

OK I need an opinion for the brain trust here for my Fox.

I need or rather want a new radiator for the Fox. The cooling could be better you know.

So the car is an automatic. So the stock radiators have a tranny cooler in them.

The radiator I want has no tranny cooler, but I wanted to run a separate tranny cooler anyway. Maybe even one with its own fan. Even if I get the radiator with an internal tranny fluid cooler, I'm gonna still run a secondary cooler. I know it may be redundant. But cooler tranny fluid is happy tranny fluid. At that will make the tranny last longer.

How much coolin gin theory does the radiators cooler actually do? Would I be fine as long as I ran the separate cooler?

Any opinions here people. I'd like to also run an external tranny filter too.

Ok what part of the cooling are you talking about?? The tranny cooler or the water part of the radiator? I think if you get an aluminum radiator get one with a tranny cooler too and route the tranny lines thru an external cooler too if you want along with another filter. Yes it will keep the tranny oil cooler doing it that way.

I was trying trying to get by with getting a radiator with no tranny oil cooler in it. Basically the manual transmission radiator. And then I would use an external tranny oil cooler instead. The biggest one I could get. I would also get an external filter. I hear that helps clean the 'varnishing' out of the fluid.

So my question is, can I get by with getting a radiator with no provision for the tranny oil, and make up for it by getting a big external (separate) cooler that I might even add an electric fan to.

mustangs badly need a telescoping wheel...

my aunts 2010 6er with the seat all the way back like I want...my arms are almost at full extension to reach the wheel. If I could bring the wheel back about 4 inches we'd be in business. My friend's Maxima has a tiliting and telescoping wheel...I can put that right where I want it, and it's alot better for driving.

I was just curious about the cooling efficiency of each. How much cooling does the stock radiator actually do for the tranny oil? Is an aftermarket external tranny oil cooler 100% more efficient. 50% more. 10% more.
