My truck's all clean

I wouldn't mind if it had mud on it, but pollen just has to go. I need those 31's. I'm still trying to decide between a more aggressive all terrain tire, or a conservative mud tire... Solely on looks here, I'm still learning about what I should go for

I say conservative because the aggresive tires make too much noise on pavement

An aggressive all terrain is going to make less noise than a conservative mud tire though.

I'm thinking A/Ts, I just want it to look tough, big tread blocks

Do the AT. It will last you longer and since you have 2WD you'll probably spend more time on the street then in the mud and whatever mud you do go into, the AT will handle it.

A/Ts or die! They last a ton too. Both when my dad & uncle had 4.4 fever, both had A/Ts. 11x15"s on the big Blazer (my uncle's) and 9x15"s on the Trooper II (dad's) Those things lasted hecksa lot of years, the trucks were even sold with them. The noise is a bother of course, but you can easily fix that with more volume on the radio.

Sounds like a good plan. Now I just have to find some the right size (31x10.50x15) and I'll be off to the races. Along with an alignment...

Just be sure and lock your front hubs before you go off road.

I forgot to mention that AT also handle ALOT better then MT's do. The MT's have such a softer compound that they don't handle all that well.
