Thanks again guys for the reples!! I knew there were quite a few 'regulars' that enjoyed all muscle, not just Mustangs. It's very nice to see.
Rather B.Blown I am one of the exceptions for the GM stuff. I've owned my Trans Am since new. Yeah, it's a Pontiac but Camaro is it's twin sister. I really have enjoyed this car. 2001 Trans Am and 2014 GT

I don't Own Any Gm At The Moment But Off the top of My Head I Remember My 81 Coupe Deville, 69 Firebird, 70 1/2 Z-28, 86 Gmc Pick Up, 69 Buick Skylark and 78 Trans Am. Could Have Missed Some. I went through a Lot of Cars Back in the day! If a Cool Car Was a Buy I Got It! Never Owned an Import Car! I Buy American!
Great thread!!! Learned a few new things here too. The Camaro is news to me and I did not realize that Hanksville was part of the film location. Been there many times... Mostly from it being one of the gateways to Lake Powell. Use to go there a lot when I had our Seadoo's. Would hit Lake Powell at Bullfrog on a rented houseboat nearly every summer for a good ten year run. Hanksville was always the last spot to fill the our many gas cans (fuel price doubled at Bullfrog) to power our fun for a week to 10 days. Great burger & milkshake place too.

Great pictures Dave. I love a road trip on the roads not traveled. I see your wife, like mine, is quite a good sport when it comes to their crazy gearhead husbands.

I'll say. She even took this video of me coming down the famous hill to Cisco (she stopped before I hit the bulldozers. LOL!!! )

We also did a video from the opposite side of Cisco and ending by what's left of the Shell station. The song is the one from Vanishing Point when he hits the bulldozers. It's cool you can hear the R/T exhaust over the music.
