if that engine is similar to the coyote 5.0, where did they make it the extra .2 from? just wider valves?

Valves have nothing to do with displacement, the size of the bore X stroke X number of cylinders = displacement.

Now that the baseline is done we are hard at work doing the R&D for the build. I will update as the build progresses.

That explains the 12:1 ratio compared to 11:1 on coyote

Well, not really. Compression ratio is determined mostly by the size of the dome (or lack thereof) on the piston top and the size of the combustion chamber of the head.

The configuration is similar to the coyote, not the construction. The voodoo engine does not have cast cylinder liners, it has ceramic sprayed liners which allows a larger bore and the valve position to move for larger valves. This spray liner technology Ford brought inside their engine plant for this engine. Previous Shelby versions had the spray liner blocks done outside their plant by other sources.
The Coyote engine is 92.2mm bore, 92.7mm stroke
The Voodoo engine is 94mm bore, 93mm stroke

Our 2016 Shelby GT350 ran a 11.96 @ 116mph with 325/30R19 Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels ET Street S/S Radials and BMR Suspension Inc.. The car ran this number with the stock tune and on 93 Octane and is the first GT350 in the 11's. ‪#‎Shelby‬ ‪#‎GT350‬ ‪#‎Ford‬ #‎evolutionperformance

How does this compare to the 2016 Mustang GT and the 2014 GT? Just curious since the 2014 is Quicker than the 2016?

That's not even the 'R' version. With less weight it should be even quicker. :-)
