What do you have to do to install Apps?

I've not seen any apps installed in the car. The apps they refer to are loaded on the phone that you connect to the car via the USB port. Like Spotify, and Pandora... And if you have said apps on your phone make sure you have a latest version of the SW for the apps and the phone.
