Swapping out rear spoiler

I’m waiting for a 21 mustang, chip problem slowing it down. It is coming with stripe and slightly raised flat spoiler. Anyone have any experience with swapping it out for one like this? I would imagine a18-20 would be same as a 21. Do existing holes line up or do they have to be filled? American muscle has one for $159 that looks just like it.

I have a scott drake spoiler and absolutely love it, cheap and looks great... I didnt want something that was sticking up at a 45 degree angle adding more unwanted drag, the drake spoiler leans back a little more and uses stock mounting holes as well
