Took delivery on my new 2017 GT premium ruby red with 20" black painted machine wheels. I balked at first when salesman delivered it but the more I saw it and the wheels I fell in love with it. I just ordered magnaflow cat back competition exhaust.. I had a 2015 GT premium with magna flow on it and the cabin noise was audible. The stock exhaust on the 2017 I think they made the interior cabin quieter. But I love the sound of the magnaflow and I get a little more HP so I bought them. Hope it sounds as good as my 2015 GT cat backs...

 

Get my new Harley low rider with 120R motor tomorrow. I love performance and power...

When I bought my car a few months ago, my wife called it my mid-life crisis purchase. The truth is I've wanted one for so long I finally said screw it and bought it.

Little let down, its not the same as my deep impact blue. But My 2015 GT prem. had 3:31 rear end and 19" wheels. The 2017 GT has 20" wheels and 3:55 rear end But somehow it seems sluggish! I know it isn't suppose to be but?

 

I love my Magnaflows on my '15 GT. They've gotten a little louder over time, and my windows are ALWAYS open to enjoy the sound!

Felt the same way when the 14 was delivered, compared to the 11.
Look @ what Ford sells as a good starting point, you can always fix it's shortcomings..

I know what you mean. Time flys when you're having fun. I'm 69 and lately spent too much time driving to doctor's appointments. But I smile when I drive mine. It makes me feel young again.........

 

I posted the pictures of my 05 in the 15 forum. My mind at 69 is also going I think. Sorry...
