We all had the 2015 Mustangs about 5 months.

Here are some photos of the 3 replacements. My 2016 Jaguar F-Type in the middle, my brothers 2014 Lotus Evora, and Our Friends 2015 Audi S5
JAG ftw

All sweet rides though

The Jag & Lotus seem to loose the S5 around the corners. In a straight line, I think they are all pretty close. The S5 weighs the most, so it logically will be the slowest.

Funny thing happened today. I had to go with my brother to the Jaguar/Lotus/Aston Martin dealership today. He wanted to get the oil changed and get a check up on the Lotus Evora he just bought. Oil change was $325!!

Anyway, there was another 2015 Mustang GT on the used lot next to mine. My salesman said that it came in the day after I traded mine, and the owner bought a F-Type too! Strange....2 2015 GT's have been traded in on F-types now.

Stripes

I decided to go with the Jag F-Type style stripes. But the factory only makes them in silver or grey. So my stripe guy, who did all my Mustangs, made them in Matte Black. Comments?

Very nice Jag. It's one of my favorite cars.

Sweet ride!
I like the stripes from the side. Nice contrast with the body color. But the end on the hood looks off to me. It looks like there is a crease in the hood that it ends at, but it doesn't look prominent enough so it looks like the stripe ends at a random spot. That would bother me lol.

I understand some of the likes of the new 2015, the handling and feel is lightyears better. The 2014 is a much more akin to a "classic" muscle car feel. But a Shelby for a GT... To each there own. I do love the color though. Either way, congrats!

The stripes actually end on a soft crease line on the hood. Visible from direct front, but hard to see on white in certain light.

you read his original post incorrect.

Congrats OP on the new GT! I just romped around with a Blue GT on the highway this past weekend. They sound great at WOT!

Yes, the 5.0 sounded great at WOT, but the Jag sounds like an F1 car. But I still have my all original 1978 King Cobra. Taking it to Augusta this weekend for the MCA award show.

King Cobra

Well, my all original 1978 King Cobra took Gold at the MCA Nationals this past weekend in Grovetown, GA. Out of the 700 points, it only had 6 deducted.

Looks Awesome. I have it's twin. I replaced a '12 GT Premium in Kona Blue. The Magnetic PP with the black wheels is just menacing. Still trying to figure out all the electronics. Love the handling as well. Great looking machine.

Traded the Jaguar

I traded in my 2016 Jaguar F-Type on Saturday for a 2012 Aston Martin V8 Vantage with 14,000 miles. Boy what a great car! I think it is easily as fast as my 2015 GT was.

So, what do you guys think of my new toy?

Sweet ride indeed Bill ! You can really tell from the greenhouse that it's almost exactly identical with the S550 Mustang
