Thanks! I just couldn't resist! My brother traded his 2015 GT in for a Lotus Evora. We were both having issues with paint chips, constantly. It was very discouraging. But I enjoyed the 2015, just needed something different

I know most of you guys won't want to see a Jag here, but here are some pics just in case.

Yes, supercharged V6 with 340 HP. Weight is only 3450, so she is pretty quick. Not as fast as my GT, but the sound is like an F1 Race car. Actually I had a little challenge from a 2012 GT, and I took it. The speed limit was 60, so I shut down there, but I was about a car length ahead. The automatic shifts so perfectly that a manual car would need a really good driver to keep up. The paddles are instant!

All 3 of our 2015's were getting chips on the front fascia and hood. I don't know if Ford changed the thickness of the paint, but it certianly was chipping easy. I never had that issue with my previous Mustangs.

Hey there Bill ! Just want to say how disappointing it was to find out about the paint chip issues you were having with your 2015 GT.. It's bad enough as it is when having to go through all the hassles and B.S with just one car, but to go through it with 3 of them is just totally unacceptable as far as I'm concerned..

Anyway on lighter note, I don't blame you for trading your car in for your new Jaguar as she's very sweet indeed.. Congrats

Yeah. I've noticed that as well. Already had to touch up a few spots. Also noticed it pretty bad just before the rear fender well. Almost like the front tires are shooting debris to the rear. I've never had an issue like this.

Me either! I had a really bad one on the front header, and my friend Sam had one on his hood...and his was Ruby Red, so touch up looks crappy! My brothers black one had 900 miles on it, and also had several on the front and some on the rear quarters. We all traded them in within a week of each other. I got the Jaguar, my brother bought a Lotus Evora, and Sam got an Audi S5 Convertible

He loves it! But hasn't had too much time to drive it yet. I drove it, and it is a lot of fun...just not much room for feet in the well.

That was a short cycle. How long did you have the '15 GT for? I do love the F-type so i don't blame you.

No clear bras, but the chips were also hitting the rear quarters in front of the tires.

We all had the 2015 Mustangs about 5 months.

Here are some photos of the 3 replacements. My 2016 Jaguar F-Type in the middle, my brothers 2014 Lotus Evora, and Our Friends 2015 Audi S5

Cant believe it has been that long already.

this is the 2nd '15 Ive seen with these wheels, and know opinions/tastes vary like the wind blows- but the little deeper dish to me changes the whole look-

I was kinda 'meh' on the 15 till I saw these wheels on one, now its more hmm... thats a very sharp looking car

I hope Ford considers adding some dished wheels to the option list, some like flat faced wheels, but not everyone- the more options the better, especially with a car like a Mustang
