no idea what you are talking about, but "COTUS down" conjures up all kinds of ideas about what that might mean, most of which are not fit to print here

Here is what I see. I think your Internet Service Provider is blocking. Maybe because of the acronym? Maybe Sheldon Cooper is setting their explicit content rules.
