I have a Mustang ecoboost from 2015. My sync 1 updated 5.1

the problem is that my phone wil connect to the system and I can call someone and they can hear my, but I don’t hear them over the speakers. I tried it whit more than 2 phones the same results. The radio plays perfect over the speakers.

anybody a idea…..???
