Head rest position

Head rest position
I just noticed that the headrests on my 2015 are pointing in different directions. one is straight up and one is pointing kind of forward. Is this normal???

Well maybe I should read the manual prior to posting. Did not know they were adjustable forward and backward as well as up and down. A new one for me
