Fuel tank
We have just purchased our first convertible Mustang and are loving it! It is a 2015 4 cylinder turbo boost, race red. A question about the fuel door. Love the just "Push to open" feature and not having to worry about losing the gas cap. However, it does not lock when the car locks. Anyone else concerned that some young pranksters may pour something into the tank? I have looked through the manual and have not found anything about locking this feature.

The locking gas cap does not work for the S550 Mustang. It only works with 2014 and earlier. They changed cap less system for the 2015 model year. I noticed it was different from the 2012 Focus that I traded in for my Mustang.

I found the same thing in my own research. I assume it's just a matter of time until they develop one?? Maybe not, we're already into year three of the S550. (Does anyone else think of Mercedes when they say/type S550? I'll bet THEIR fuel doors lock.)

I searched your site last night, and again this morning. I found only two locking fuel plugs, both for the 2010-2014 models. One is from Ford, and the other is generic. Did I miss something?
