2015 engine/transmission problem
I just bought a fully-loaded 2015 mustang convertible with the automatic ecoboost engine. And 24 hours later, with only 84 miles on the car, my car lost some engine power. It wouldn't get up and go! A wrench icon appeared, which I can't find an explanation in the manual. I pulled over, turned the car off then back on. The wrench appeared again. I put the car in reverse to back out of the parking space and barely had an power to back up. Then the engine light came on. I drove home slowly (about a mile away from home). I could tell I didn't have full power. And once I got home, my car wouldn't work in reverse. I can shift it into reverse but the car won't move.
Any ideas of what's happening? This is my first Ford. I just traded in my BMW. I'm highly disappointed this happened, especially after paying over $40K. I'd appreciate any insight. I don't really know much about cars except what looks pretty
I'm waiting for Roadside Assistance, which is running late. Not a happy Ford customer right now.

It happens. Impossible to tell what happened without a proper diagnoses. Have the dealer look at it and fix as necessary.
It could be anything from a loose wire harness to broken internal transmission parts and everything in between. Manufacturer defects will happen.

After waiting for Roadside for 4 hours, I finally got it towed to the dealer. All they've told me so far is it's something with the transmission. I have no idea when I'll get it back. Their customer service has been horrendous. Thanks for the feedback.
