2015 Mustang 3.7L Manual just turned 10000 miles and clutch failed with no prior symptoms. No slippage, no burn smell, no chatter. Ford roadside asst took to nearest dealer and they are refusing any warranty stating that it was caused by abuse. The car is in Alabama I am in Texas and it's very difficult dealing with the service manager on this issue. They have the tranny off so I'm at their mercy now. I have gone up the ladder at Ford customer service and they are saying that the service techs/service mgr are their "experts" in the field and are going with the recommendation of not covered. Very discouraging to a new Ford owner. Does anyone have any info or suggestions on how to proceed?

I wish it did, Joe. I've gone all the way to the regional Rep. They all say decline warranty based on the one mechanic's and service managers decision. I am trying to appeal to GM/owner of Adamson ford, Birmingham. Haven't gotten a response from either.
