Lower Fog Light Bulb Replacement

Hello my fellow CS enthusiast's.
What's the easiest way to replace my lower fog light bulb, Can I access it through the hood or do I need to jack the car up and go underneath?

The fog lights in the lower fascia have to be accessed from underneath the car. There is a lower panel that runs from the fascia to the radiator support that you remove.

Easiest is to take the screws out if the wheel well covers where they meet the fender including two on the bottom. Turn the wheel inward and you can pop the wheel well cover out enough to reach in and replace the bulbs. Swapped mine with some HID matching bulbs and they look 100% better.
