2013 GT/CS Certificates
Yesterday I call FPG to get a status on the 2013 GT/CS certificates. I was told it may be another 2 - 3 months!!! So I am not sure what is going on or if FPG has created more work than they can handle. So all you 2013 owners the wait continues...

John Clor confirmed today that the owners of the 2013 GT/CS can now order their certificates. If you are a member of the GTCSregistry.com site you will receive a 15% discount when you call Ford Performance and order your certificate. You can call Ford Performance at: (1-800-FORD-788) option (1). Or you can order your certificate online at http://fordshowparts.com but there is no discount code for the website. The cost is 45.00 + 10.00 for shipping.

Received my certificate yesterday along with the breakdown of the production figures. For 2013 there were 2,998 GT/CS built which includes 14 pre-production cars. I have updated the website with the breakdown by color and options.

timing of GT/CS Certificate
Greetings:
I ordered my GT/CS Certificate the day that Ron from GT/CS Registry told us they were available. It took exactly two weeks from the date of order to the date of delivery, for those of you wondering how long it takes to get the Certificate from Ford. It comes nicely packaged and delivered by UPS.
As a side note, Ron from the Registry, makes a really nice GT/CS Registry Certificate that has a lot of information about your car that is a nice addition to your Ford Certificate. Ron charges $25.00 for the GT/CS Registry Certificates and in my opinion they are well worth it. He also has a connection to make metal data plates for your GT/CS's engine and interior.
As many of you know Ron has been doing the Registry on his own for years, much to the benefit of all of us owners of the GT/CS Mustangs. On his web site he has a wealth of information for anyone who owns or wants information on the GT/CS.
I noted last year Ron was requesting donations to help defray the costs for the site and I was privileged to make a donation. I am in no way connected with Ron or his site, but he has been very helpful to me with my requests for information about my 2013 GT/CS coupe. I have never met the man, as we live at opposite ends of California, but I hope to someday.
Here is hoping you get a chance to enjoy your great cars this summer.
