need some advice

I just bought a 2014 v6 and I was looking at these...http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Ford-Mustang-SVT-Shelby-GT500-19-Forged-Wheels-Goodyear-Tires-TPMS-Rims-/190891318051?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Wheel_Packages&hash=item2c72025b23&vxp=mtr&autorefresh=true
Questions are : are these a direct bolt on? and when the tires wear out I prefer not to go as big basically because of cost and in the v6 I dont need tires from a GT 500..... what size do you think would work as replacements.

I need a help, i have a 2008 mustang bullitt i recently upgraded the wheels. Got 20 inch vossen... Fornt 20x9.5 tire size 20x30x255 rare 20x10.5 tire size 20x30x285 it made car look so nice. Then i have lowered the car by installing eibach sportsline spring, now ride is worst. Its bumping and jerking alot, feeling like shocks are not working.
Is there anyone suggest me what should i do now
