Suspension Setup questions..?

I am waiting out until i pay of the ride before i start souping it up... However right now i am already thinking of putting some suspensions on.

First i would like a Strut Tower Brace ( FRPP )

however my question is which Lowering Springs from FRPP K springs, Eibach Sprotline and or Pro Kit.

I heard of other vendors and not sure if I truest them...

I have FRPP Mach 1 suspension kit on my SN95 97 GT.

I used Eibach Pro Kit on my 2001.

Now i am looking at the SPORTLINE's but not sure if i will need caster plates on the new unit...?

Anyone thats running lowering springs did you guys also buy new caster plates?

i went with an FR K-series springs and shocks/struts combo for my '10 GT. i have to say the drop with the K springs is a lot milder than i thought it would be. it looks really good, and the ride isn't harsh. it's a bit bouncier than stock, but definitely not unbearable. as far as caster plates, i didn't really need them.

Really? It doesn't get much lower than K Springs. Ride on them is too rough when the road gets bumpy. Also too low, my rear wheels rub on hard bumps.

I disagree. K springs are perfect. No rubbing, not too rough either. Each his own.

No rubbing on stock wheels. Rubbing on my torq thrusts. I didn't mind the ride early on, but then on stock dampers is too rough. In the seven months this car has been lowered, it's scraped on more speedbumps than any car I've owned before, and fully bottomed out more than past cars.

The ride is great as long as the roads aren't rough

Ah ok... Makes sense then. I do like those 20s though. Sounds like I will have to change springs if I ever go with that setup.

the ride isn't rough for me, just bouncy. i thought it might be, but i wanted more than the usual 1" drop. in all honesty, i wanted to trade looks for ride quality, but in the case of the Ks, it's not much of an issue at all. then again, i'm on 19s and not 20s like your GT. maybe that has something to do with it.

Konis ( Sports or STR.T's) with Steeda Sport springs are a proven combination.

In about 2 weeks I should be installing my stuff, Steeda Ultra-lites with Koni STR.Ts. Haven't bought CC Plates. Don't think they're going to be needed. I did get the Eibach Camber bolts. So hopefully that'll be enough.

Ok, quick question any way to know what springs you have on the stock gt? Anyway to read the sticker thats attached to the factory spring? What is the difference between the N, P and K FRPP springs?

Thank you, sorry if this has been asked before...

Update: So i am going to pull the trigger on the K Spring from FRPP after deciding if i wanted Eibach, or FRPP i am going with the K Springs.

Anything else will i need on a GT 2013 Base model? Please let me know... will the K springs be a plug and play type of install vs needing additional parts or components?
