All convertibles have them.

All coupes with 19" wheels have them.

I understand why the convertibles have one but why GTs with 19 wheels?

I kinda feel left out with my tiny 18's and no brace. Although I think it looks better without it. Think it helps much?

I know when it comes to the V6 models get it when you order the Performance Package. I think maybe that is true for the GT with the Track Pack.

You are partially correct but as stated before, all verts and coupes with 19" wheels. If your coupe came factory with 18"s then you do not get the STB.
