~ Strut Mounts Price GOING UP~!

I Just tried to order the GT500 Strut mounts from 50Resto.com
The price said $84.99 but when I clicked add to cart the price was $94.99....
I called them to see what the deal was and they said that the prices have increased and they would make sure to reflect that on the website.

Luckily they honored the $84 price for me

Everywhere else I checked the price went up form last time I looked a week ago.

Prices are going up everywhere these days it seems!

I have them saved in a cart @ LMR and they went up there as well.

gt500 mounts are not worth the extra money over the standard gt mounts. I'm wondering if you checked the ferd dealership on the price? If so how much were they there?

They ARE required to use and 05-10 strut on a 2011+ car.

Which includes koni and most other struts.

Only steeda and eibach have 11+ struts that can reuse the stock mounts.

That's a lot! It's making the Steeda's look a little better now.

After a quick search Blue Oval Industries has the best price @ $89.95 w/free shipping.

http://www.blueovalindustries.com/ch...12/dt3570.html

Just noticed that the FRPP K springs @ LMR went back up from $189 to $ 210! Wth! All the parts I was planning on buying next month are going up.

was that for the gt or the gt500 mounts? Both will work for mounting the koni's on the 11's

Koni doesn't make an 11/12 specific shock/strut yet, only 05-09. So, in order to mount them you NEED the GT500 mounts.

I think Glenn is saying you could use an 05-10 GT mount instead of a 05-10 GT500 mount.

But if you gotta buy new ones, why not get the slightly upgraded ones.

Oo yeah didn't look at it that way, I was looking at the way to upgrade stuff. Does Steeda make even better mounts?
