Steeda versus Roush versus FRPP

I have a 13 Track Pack GT. It's pretty much a daily driver. I try to get to 2 track days a summer. I would like to step up to a better handling suspension but don't want to sacrifice comfort. Steeda, Roush and FRPP all seem to have fans and advertise no loss in ride quality. I'm really looking to get rid of the push and the nose dive under braking. Here's your chance to sell me on your favorite, especially if you've experienced more than one brand.

And the 4th and probably even better solution would be Koni's and springs to match that fit your need in drop and stiffness.

Steeda or Boss 302 Suspension. They have the most wins. But it really comes to what your driving style is and how uncomfortable you want the DD to be.

The stock Boss 302 shocks/struts and springs are very lack luster.

I upgraded to the Steeda Sport springs from the stock/base GT springs along with Koni Sport shock/dampers. My car is a weekend/nice day driver with spirited driving, no track time. It handles 10x better than stock and is comfortable on long trips (took a few over the Summer since the install). I can't recommend this set-up enough. I went down the same road as you researching various springs and there's quite a few good ones, but the Steeda Sports would be my choice again if I had to do it all over again.

+1 This is a setup Sam Strano recommends and I have seen a few guys at Summit running them and they love the way it handles.

That's great to hear! I hope to get it on a road course at some point, but love the confidence in being able to handle twisty roads. Along with the Steeda Sport springs and Koni Sport damper/shocks, I used Ground Control CC plates, FRPP bump stops, BMR adj. panhard bar and BMR LCAs.

Not sure that I even need to add anything else, but might do sway bars later on down the road, but the stock sway bars seem to be quite adequate for what I do.

A good adjustable UCA will help a lot, over bumps and what not the rear is much less squishy.
