Shelby CS1 thoughts
I'm in the market for a new pair of rims/tires. I have the opportunity to purchase a set of CS1 20x9 and 20x11. Tire sizes: 255/35/20 and 295/30/20
Any thoughts or concerns? Road noise, rub?
My car has suspension 1.8drop front 1.7rear

What color are these? I'm not the biggest fan of these wheels in general (I think the 3-spoke ends look kinda weird,) but I think the gunmetal ones would look pretty good on your car.

If the tires are the same sidewall height as the stockers then you should have no issues with rubbing, you'll have the same wheel gap but will be about 2 inches higher off the ground.

They're over all smaller.
I'm guessing you had the OEM 18" Wheels running 235/50-18 rubber with an overall diameter of 27.25 inches.
The new ones are 20" with 295/30-20 rubber with an overall diameter of 26.97 inches.
I'd say go with a larger rear tire if you can. Rubber bands aren't any fun for daily driving.

I can't seem to find a weight on these rims.

You can probably find the weight of the tire from either Discount Tire or the Toyo... kinda back math it and deduct the weight of the wheel... all if you can't find Shelby's weight.

If you have a simple scale... weigh the new wheel & tire. Pop off one of the old ones, and weigh that. You can probably find the weight of the tire from either Discount Tire or the Toyo... kinda back math it and deduct the weight of the wheel... all if you can't find Shelby's weight.

honestly.... from a distance it is just black. Only closeup you can actually see the wheel.
Why would you spend a lot of money on that? Especially on a quality wheel. If they were a different color, you would actually see more of the wheel (the part you're spending a lot of money on).....Maybe repaint in a more outstanding color?
