Popping noise - whiteline front sway bar

Occasionally I hear a popping noise coming from the driver side wheel area when driving slow over uneven ground. I took my wheels off and checked the bolts on the sway bar links. Everything looks fine... maybe one of the end links is bad?

Did you happen to take off your struts while doing the install?

Popping noise in rear is from not properly installing sway bar. Ford recommends tightening sway bar bolts while under load. It can be done correctly in the air but its very difficult.

Most suspension parts need to be installed underload or you will get some sort of noise.

This is a front sway bar. Every article and writeup I've seen has people jacking the car up and taking the tires off

You can probably put it under load just like the rear, jack the front suspension up and then tighten.

You can also use ramps if you can fit underneath...

Front sway bar can be installed with the suspension unloaded. Just don't tighten the brackets until you lower onto ramps. The end links can be tighten either way.
