I think im gonna have to go with a different strut mount....even if I install the GT500 mounts "arrows in" I think Im gonna be off on the camber. These springs are roughly the same as the K-springs, and I have never heard of anyone installing k's without needing camber adjustment!

Just got off the phone with Tokico and they told me the following:
Front spring is Linear at 240lbs (Which I thought was pretty high!?)
Rear spring is progressive but the only number he had was 200 so I am not sure if that is the lower number range (Im guessing so) or the higher number!?

All done...front & rear installed. Went well, I decided to install the strut mounts with the Arrows IN to gain back some of the camber. I get it aligned on Tuesday, so I will report back what the results are.
Car drives great, like its on Rails LOL! Very solid but not harsh....I have the struts set at -3 front & -5 rear. I will adjust it once I see how it rides more.

Looking sharp man, curious to what you end up with -camber. As for the weight savings during the suspension mods, Id say the front strut bar swap was the most significant followed by the LCA.

Since I was not replacing that I forgot to weigh that piece.....what did yours weigh?

I went with the Steeda high rise double bar. The oem weighs approx 9 lbs, but I should of used the fish scale like you did. Didnt weigh the Steeda bar or the billet LCA but its noticably lighter.

A little upset about the alignment shop.....they didnt give me a printout. The guy said, "I THINK your camber was at like 1.5...we used an old school gauge instead of a machine" and this was a FORD dealer!!
I think the front has settled a little in the last few days! Im gonna install my Urethane Rear Isolators and re measure too!
Anyways...here is what the measurements are:
