M2004MBA LS brake cooling kit - worth the trouble?

I am about to order this kit, but after some research, I'm wondering if it's more trouble than it's worth?

I won't be tracking it, I'm more after just the appearance of it.
The Laguna Seca's don't even come with it installed from the factory.

Any extra brake cooling is good, but I'm not keen on seeing the orange tubing from the front, having to mod/cut/relocate too many items to properly install it, and worried about longevity/wear on a daily driver.

Any thoughts?

I could just install the fascia pieces at first.
If I decided to start tracking, I'd install the rest of the kit.
Or, I could just get the two fascia pieces themselves for a lot less.

Thanks!

I would think extra cooling is only good if you are running pads that need to stay within a certain operating temp, stock pads would just stay cold. Other then that, if you think it would be cool to get something that is meant to help on a track but never see one, go for it, whatever makes you happy.

Useless for the street. Many guys who daily drive their cars and have these for the track actually block the inlets except for when tracking the car

Install isn't bad. The routing is a bit of a pain. They do provide good cooling when in a track environment. A must have in that case if the car is driven hard.

But they do look cool especially with front wheels off

Thanks, guys.
I've been reading up all I can on the kit.
Seems like a pain, but I'll probably go ahead and install the whole deal.

Yes, pretty much useless for a daily driven street car, but what the heck.

...cool to get something that is meant to help on a track but never see one?...
Yes, actually, along with a lot of the stuff most of us do.
Splitters, bigger spoilers. Needed? well, define need.
