Those of you who own koni yellows know the routine to set rebound. Turn them all the way soft and then rotate and count the turns. I noticed that my two front struts are different in that one side turns almost 3 turns while the other one won't even make it to 2. Does anyone know how many full turns they are supposed to go and has anyone else experienced this difference before? Performance doesn't seem to be an issue but why the difference?

They are supposed to turn 720 degrees. 2 full turns. Not sure why one would rotate more. Maybe some dead travel of the ****?

I'll probably end up contacting Koni to see if this is common and if I should be concerned with performance.
Has anybody else had first-hand experience with more or less than two full turns?

Not specifically the turns here but watch out going full stiff. I have heard maxing out stiffness can nearly lock the strut out and cause some serious handling issues. Just in case you had not heard that before

Hey everyone, if you're using Koni yellows, what settings do you use for AutoX and track days? This will be my first season on Konis and I'm curious what other Mustang owners sets their compression/rebound settings to.

For the street full soft is perfectly fine for me. Thanks!

Just did an autocross today and had pretty good luck setting the fronts 1 full turn, and leaving the rear on full soft.
At the track I usually set the front to 1 1/4 -1 1/2 and the rear no more than one full turn usually I go 3/4.

Thanks redonblack. I think I'll start next Saturday by going one turn front, and half turn rear, then decide from there.

That's a pretty good starting point. See how it feels and adjust accordingly.
Good luck
