If either of you want to ride in mine with the sports this weekend, The autocross season opens Sunday and I'll be racing.

Might help you make your decision.

Full kit and lower control arms. Huge difference.

Would you say it's better to save up to buy a full kit and do it all at once or piece it together like I'm planning.

I didn't buy the full kit, I bought everything from the FR3 kit except the strut tower brace. If you shop around, you can get a pretty good deal on some things. Control arms were another $210 on top of the other stuff.

What was wrong with the BMRs? I just got their PHB. Hope that was a good decision lol.

I have the STRTs ready to go in Friday so I'll let you know how I like them!

You'll be fine with their phb, I have the same one and it's quality. The BMR springs though are just too soft from what I'm told and might not be ideal for tracking.

I want to see how your drop on the Ultralites looks too with your RTR's.

I'll get pics as Long as I don't mess this up royally. Speaking of RTRs I haven't heard back from them in a whole about the chipping issue...

I've finally made my final decision and ordered the Koni str.t's today from Sam Strano. Still haven't decided on springs through. Going to wait and see what 2012GTCS's car looks like on the Ultralites first.

If anyone's considering the str.t's, I would act quickly. Sam said he's about out of stock and no word on when they'll be back.

Nice! That'll still ride so much better than stock.

I went with P springs since our roads suck and currently mine is a DD(changing that in the near future).

I wouldn't go much lower than 1.5" as IMO it looks too low. The slammed look is for rice burners.

I wouldn't mind being a little bit lower, like another half inch. What do you think? I already have 1/1.25 now.

IMO 1" is a perfect stance for our cars. Lower with wheel tuck looks bad. The even wheel gap all around looks much better.

Glad to hear it's coming along well. Your thread is really going to help me out next week when I do mine.

Most of the reviews that say they ride rough are from those running stock shocks and struts. Some guys running them with the Koni's are reporting a good ride. I've been comparing spring rates for a while now and they seem to have a good balance. I guess I'll find out next weekend for sure.

FWII, I found during my research that the K springs have a variable spring rate almost the same as the Ultralites.
