K Spring Questions - '13 GT
I am looking to lower my '13 Brembo GT. I am looking at the Ford Racing K springs. I would install these with my current stock dampers for the moment, likely upgrading later. Question being, is that possible? I talked to one of the guys at AM and they said I'd need new dampers to install those springs in a '13. Are these unable to just drop in as is?

Can put them in, but the OEM dampers will be a little under damped for the stiffer springs.
Upside to doing it all at once is one time install.
Take a look for some used shocks/struts - I got a set of Koni STR.T's for like $200 last winter. It's worth it to do it all at once. Installation is pretty easy, but why do it twice if you can afford a little more $ up front.
The suspension modifications are fantastic though - transform the car and driving experience, especially if you push it.

Get Koni STR.T dampers, and you will fell good about doing it right the first time, instead of waiting till the stock ones crap out, or make your new springs seam under performing.

I hear ya guys, totally planning on Koni's in the future. Just had a baby though, and it's pulling teeth to even get these on the car. I'll have to do this in steps. Just springs for now, I'm just wondering if they fit stand alone without any other parts.
