Install springs or wait?

I have a set of Eibach pro-kit springs that I haven't installed yet as I've been waiting to get a pair of shocks/struts to install with them.

I don't expect to get shocks/struts until the spring. Is it worth to install the springs now, then doing the work again in the spring or just waiting until then?

What would you guys do?
