Had the Eibach Pro Kit (Roush Dub edition) + Koni Yellow Sports installed

Hey all,

Had my new suspension setup installed:

Eibach Pro Kit (The Roush/Dub $125 Springs)
Koni Sports Yellow shocks/struts
GT500 Front Strut Mounts
BMR adjustable Panhard Bar

So what can I say in terms of impressions? I suppose I'm still getting used to the car at the moment. It most definitely changed the behavior of the car, on bumpy NYC roads maybe not so great but on a smooth road it has regained a lot of the tight feeling I missed from an import car.

Wanted to wait 2 weeks or so for it to settle before I posted any comments - love the drop from the dub springs, just low enough but not slammed look. You do notice it though and while it does on scrape on things it isn't as bad as my previous dropped cars. For $125 it was a VERY good decision at the time.

Like others have mentioned the car is lacking in the damping dept and the yellows are no disappointment. I will admit they are perhaps overkill for a daily driver but with the running sale I couldn't resist. At the same time if you know the road you will be driving on will be pretty smooth, turning those guys up is where they shine.

In the end they don't necessarily change the character of the car (I was a little disappointed at first but I'm glad I let it settle and got used to it) - I drove it for a year off the lot with its stock suspension (which admittedly is the best choice for complete comfort) and now I'd say this setup augments the car in the performance dept.

A few days after the install the rear started making some noise and it turns out it was the panhard install. Brought it back and had them regrease the bushings and retighten the bar and now it seems to be ok.

ANyway enough of my rambling here's some pics:

Thank you. Honestly I didn't make note of the before and after. For comparison here is stock:

In the previous threads about the springs I don't think people gave it the time to settle - I'm very satisfied with this drop, any lower and it would be too low for everyday. You definitely get the advertised drop.

What's it measure now front and rear? I'm gonna guess 27.5 x 28.5 roughly.
